- Supervision: Any angler under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the guided trip.
- Data Privacy: This website and its SMS program are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

- To Cancel: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 863-340-7978. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

- Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with us. You can expect more frequent messages surrounding the dates of a scheduled guided trip (confirmations and reminders) and occasional promotional messages (typically no more than 4 per month).

1. Booking and Payments
- Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your date.
- Payment: Full payment is due at the conclusion of the trip unless otherwise specified. We accept most major credit cards, cash and some payment apps.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Client Cancellations: Cancellations made more than [48/72] hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may forfeit the deposit.
- Weather & Safety: The Captain reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to unsafe weather conditions (lightning, high winds, etc.). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.
3. Safety and Liability
- Assumption of Risk: Fishing involves inherent risks. By participating, clients acknowledge these risks and agree that Big Bass Guide FL is not liable for personal injury or loss/damage of personal property.
- Conduct: The Captain reserves the right to terminate a trip immediately without a refund if any passenger engages in illegal activity or behavior that threatens the safety of the vessel or crew.
4. Fishing Licenses and Regulations
- Compliance: All clients are responsible for possessing a valid Florida Freshwater Fishing License unless otherwise stated by the guide.
- Local Laws: We strictly adhere to Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations regarding bag limits and catch-and-release practices.
5. Media Release
- Photos and Video: By participating in a trip, you grant Big Bass Guide FL permission to use photos or videos taken during the excursion for promotional and marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.) unless you explicitly opt-out in writing before the trip.
